Start Up
This is a 1 or 3-month journey for anyone starting a new venture. We will support you to make basic introductory materials such as a deck, proposal, budget, and funding plan. We also support with hiring of critical roles.
Change Management
We support leaders in developing a cohesive change management strategy and interventions through one-on-one coaching and group coaching. We support teams with leadership change or significant team restructuring.
Revenue or Impact Growth
In ever-changing markets, we immerse ourselves in small teams to drive impact or increase revenue significantly through strategic interventions. We specifically work with small organisations with under 50 employees.
