Start Up
This is a 1 or 3-month journey for anyone starting a new venture. We will support you to make basic introductory materials such as a deck, proposal, budget, and funding plan.
Culture & Change Management
Affective organisations pay close attention to their culture and manage change with empathy. We support leaders to make a cohesive change management strategy and interventions through one-on-one coaching and observations of team spaces.
Specific Intervention
Each organisation is different and we enjoy learning more about specific challenges and attempting to solve them alongside experts in law, finance and media.
